Knee Ice Wrap

Featuring three Arctic Flex gel packs and a soft neoprene blend, the cold knee brace provides targeted hot or cold therapy with customizable compression for pain-relieving support. Each removable gel pack remains flexible when frozen to contour to the knee, reducing pain, swelling, and inflammation caused by injury, surgery, arthritis, or overuse. Secured with four adjustable straps, the versatile knee brace is reversible for use on the left or right knee. The soft knee brace is constructed with a latex-free neoprene blend that is lightweight and breathable for a comfortable fit.

• How to Cool Gel Packs

• Place gel pack flat in freezer for at least 2 hours.

• Remove gel pack from freezer and place it in knee brace before applying.

• Apply the knee brace to the affected area.

• Never apply cold therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time.

• How to Heat Gel Packs in a Microwave

• Note:Gel pack must be at room temperature before heating in microwave

• Place gel pack on a paper towel in the microwave.

• Heat at full power for 45-60 seconds.

• Reheat at 10-second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

• Place in knee brace and apply to the affected area.

• Do not apply hot therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time.

• How to Heat Gel Packs on a Stove Top

• Bring 3 quarts (3.5 liters) of water to a boil.

• Remove water from heat source. Note: Never immerse gel pack while water is being heated.

• Immerse gel pack in hot water for 2.5 - 3 minutes.

• Place in knee brace and apply to the affected area.

• Do not apply hot therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time.

• Application:

• Place heated or cold gel packs in the pockets of the brace. There are two front pockets and one rear pocket

• Completely straighten leg

• Slide brace over knee

• Secure straps in place, starting with the middle strap and then securing the upper and lower straps

• Care Instructions:

• Remove gel packs before washing

• Machine wash in cold water with like colors

• Hang to dry
