Featuring removable splints and support pads, the dual compression wrap is customizable and easily adjustable for a comfortable fit for both men and women. The hip belt is easy to put on, with an added thumb loop, small hand pocket and strong fastener. Made with a lightweight neoprene blend, the sacroiliac hip belt is also slim for comfortably wearing on top of regular and tight-fitting clothing or beneath regular and loose fit clothing.
